Epic Homes is pleased to announce a donation of $33,200 to the City of Maple Ridge. This donation is to aid in improvements planned by the City, to the Albion Sports Complex and is specifically for the construction of a picnic shelter.
In the past, Epic Homes has made donations to the ACT Arts Centre for Maple Ridge and more recently to the Albion Bike Park. The team at Epic Homes is proud to continue our tradition of giving to the community in which we build. “We are happy to have the opportunity to give back to the Albion community, and thank the city staff at Maple Ridge for working with us in a co-operative spirit to make this donation possible.”
“On behalf of Council I would like to thank Epic Homes for this generous donation. This donation, as well as the contributions towards the Mountain Bike Action Park last year, reflect a commitment to create amenities in the neighbourhoods that you are building,” said Maple Ridge Mayor Nicole Read. “Building places for families to spend time together is the foundation of creating strong neighbourhoods. The many area residents who frequent the Albion Sports Complex will enjoy this new Picnic Shelter for years to come.”
Epic Homes, a locally owned company, has been building and selling homes in Maple Ridge for over 12 years. We are currently developing the community of Montgomery Acres, at 112th Avenue and 244th Street. For more information please visit montgomeryacreas.com or epichomes.info.
